Experience:

Stuart has 23 years experience at the highest levels of public services including Chief Executive level. The past six years have been in a police authority (most recently as a Chief Executive) with responsibility for police governance, finances and administration. Previous to that Stuart was a senior manager with a major County Council with full management responsibility for a range of services. He has extensive experience of working with a wide range of partners including statutory agencies and the third sector.

He is a qualified executive coach and works effectively at all levels to create authentic engagement and ownership for change.
